The network works to create opportunities for career advancement, mentorship, and leadership development, allowing Black employees to thrive and reach their full potential. As civil rights leader and activist Vernon Jordan once emphasized:


"You are where you are today because you stand on somebody's shoulders, and wherever you are heading, you cannot get there by yourself."
